To make a Booking, you must complete our booking process, providing all required information. A contract between you and Urban Lumen is formed when we issue a Booking Confirmation and you have paid the required deposit or full payment.
You warrant that all information provided by you during the booking process is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that names are exactly as they appear in passports, and travel dates are correct. Inaccurate information may result in cancellation penalties or denied boarding.
To secure your Booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and in your Booking Confirmation. Full payment is required:
If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your Booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges outlined in Section 4.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. For credit card payments, a surcharge of 2% applies. This surcharge is non-refundable.
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed at any time prior to full payment being received. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
If the price increase exceeds 10% of your total Booking cost, you have the right to cancel your Booking and receive a full refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including:
Urban Lumen is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Your policy should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, personal injury, death, and loss of personal belongings. We may request proof of insurance coverage prior to departure.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements or recommendations for your destination and to take all appropriate medical advice. Urban Lumen is not liable for any illness, injury, or death that could have been avoided had you sought and followed appropriate medical advice.
If you need to cancel your Booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
These cancellation charges are in addition to any cancellation charges imposed by Third-Party Suppliers, which may be up to 100% regardless of when you cancel.
If you wish to make changes to your Booking after confirmation, we will endeavor to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it will be possible. An administration fee of £50 per person per change will apply, in addition to any charges imposed by Third-Party Suppliers.
We reserve the right to cancel or make significant changes to your Booking in circumstances of Force Majeure or if the minimum number of participants required for a tour is not reached. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of:
If we make a significant change or cancel less than 60 days before departure for reasons other than Force Majeure, you may also be entitled to compensation.
We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
We will arrange for the provision of the Travel Services included in your Booking. These services will be provided either directly by us or through Third-Party Suppliers. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in selecting reputable Third-Party Suppliers.
Our liability to you is limited to a maximum of three times the cost of your Travel Service, except in cases of death, personal injury, or illness, where we are at fault.

Third-Party Suppliers provide services subject to their own terms and conditions, which may limit or exclude their liability to you. Our liability does not exceed the liability of Third-Party Suppliers under their terms and conditions.
You are responsible for your behavior while using our Travel Services. If your behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or illegal, we and/or Third-Party Suppliers may take action, including:
If you have a complaint about your Travel Service, you must inform the relevant supplier and our representative immediately, allowing an opportunity to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify us in writing within 28 days of returning from your trip. Failure to follow this procedure may affect our ability to investigate and may impact any potential compensation claims.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on our website is accurate, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Descriptions and photographs of accommodations and destinations are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact accommodation or destination you book.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Urban Lumen or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish material from our website without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and your Booking Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Lumen regarding your Booking and use of our Service, superseding any prior agreements.
